Hotel Reservations

The 2023 Conference will be hosted at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Manchester, NH.

You can book your hotel room at this link. Please note, the EASFAA room block is full and discounted rooms of $169/night (plus 8.5% tax) are no longer available. However, you are welcome to book a hotel room at the market rate. Parking is $14/night at the DoubleTree by Hilton.

See below section for the overflow hotel option if you would prefer not to book the market rate at the DoubleTree by Hilton.

 Overflow Hotel - Tru by Hilton

EASFAA has secured an additional block of rooms at the Tru by Hilton. The room block on these rooms has expired.

If you wish to book the Tru and potentially still receive the discounted rate noted below, you must call the hotel and note you are with EASFAA. Reduced rates will be offered on a space available basis. Booking through the weblink below will not offer reduced rates.

Please note: The Tru Hotel is located in downtown Manchester approximately .5 mile away (10 minute walk) from the conference location.

If this distance is inconvenient, there are additional lodging options in the immediate conference area. While EASFAA does not have a designated room block with hotels other than the Tru Hotel, you are welcome to explore those at the market rate.
